I passed the exam for my Technician class license in February of 2011, finally bought a VHF/UHF handheld radio in January of 2014, started using it around May of 2023, and leapfrogged the General class and upgraded to Extra in October 2023. Now they’re telling me Baofeng doesn’t make an HF radio! So what was the point?

I also operate from Brazil occasionally as PY4/NJ3J or PY2/NJ3J.
